J’Zhirr reaches the broodlair. He sees Gunmar on his knees and being attacked by the bear that he is hunting. A giant frostbite spider joins in the fight. It ignores the bear and focuses on Gunmar, almost as if it is giving the bear a helping hand. Are the bear and the spider buddies?
Gunmar is weakened by the dual attackers so it looks like J’Zhirr will have to step in.
Upon reaching Solitude’s shores, Serana remarks that she was able to see the area from her castle home but she has never actually been to there.
As Serana’s home is west of Solitude, J’Zhirr takes the mountain road. He spots a snow bear fighting a ice wraith. The snow bear is very strong and kills the ice wraith with just a few swipes of its paw.
J’Zhirr sees a bear who seems to have picked a quarrel with a bush. J’Zhirr wonders what did the bush do to offend the bear? Perhaps it blocked the bear’s favorite view of Skyrim? Or perhaps its branches grew at the wrong angle?
J’Zhirr must have laughed too loudly because the bear turns and attacks this one instead.
J’Zhirr is travelling through The Rift when he hears a loud roar. Thinking that a monster is after him, J’Zhirr quickly looks in the direction where the sound is coming from to determine if he should fight or flee. Then this one realizes that he is not the target.
A bear and a troll are locked in battle. Both are formidable creatures. Who do you think will win?
Ps: The troll died.
J’Zhirr comes upon two Stormcloak soldiers standing in the forest. This one wonders why they are standing around, looking mighty proud of themselves, so he goes nearer for a look. At their feet lies a dead bear, presumably the result of a successful hunt. Now that’s something to be proud about.
J’Zhirr continues on his journey after defeating the dragon. This one decides to go south where he hears the climate is warmer. Of course “warmer” is a relative term and anywhere in Skyrim is still colder than Elsweyr. Still, a change will be good for J’Zhirr has enough of snow and ice for a while.
However, the journey seems to be fraught with dangers. J’Zhirr encounters a cave bear with a hungry look on its face. Feeling exhausted from the battle with the dragon, this one does not wish to be tangled up in another fight so soon. So he gives the cave bear a wide berth and takes a more roundabout route.
Lucky day for the cave bear.
