Boethiah Cultist

Boethiah Cultist

Dear Mother,

Suddenly a Boethiah Cultist attacks while shouting about killing J’Zhirr. He is a strong Dunmer so J’Zhirr quickly climbs upwards to escape from his blows. Being not as agile, the cultist takes a while to figure out how to reach this one. Meanwhile, J’Zhirr takes the opportunity to shoot at him.

This is the first time J’Zhirr encounters a Boethiah Cultist. Before this, he does not know that they are even a thing. Going by the name, one can safely assume that they are the worshippers of the Daedric Prince who rules over deceit, conspiracy, secret plots of murder, assassination, treason, and unlawful overthrow of authority. As Dark Elven cultural advances are attributed to Boethiah, it is no surprise to find Dunmers among his worshippers.

Forsworn Looter

Forsworn Looter

Dear Mother,

J’Zhirr follows the river out of The Reach. Along the way, this one was set upon by three Forsworns. Three against one isn’t a fair fight. So J’Zhirr quickly crosses to the other side of the river and shoots arrows at them. After the fight, J’Zhirr notices two dead Imperial soldiers nearby. It seems that that the Forsworns had ambushed and killed them shortly before J’Zhirr comes along.

Satchel of gyros

Sorine Jurard's gyros

Dear Mother,

J’Zhirr eventually finds Sorine Jurard’s lost satchel of dwemer gyros. All seven of them still intact.

The satchel is lying just a few paces southwards of where Sorine is searching. J’Zhirr finds it along the riverbank, which fits in with Sorine’s theory that a mudcrab stole it. It probably dumped it after discovering that gyros are not edible.

Deep Folk Crossing

Deep Folk Crossing

Dear Mother,

J’Zhirr found the Dwemer ruins the boys spoke about. J’Zhirr searches the ruins but all he finds is a dwarven helmet. There is also a broken glowing shard but it doesn’t seem to serve any purpose so this one leaves it behind. If J’Zhirr needs the glowing shard in the future, it will be easy to retrieve it now that this one knows the location.

Sond and Bottar

Sond and Bottar

Dear Mother,

While looking for Sorine Jurard’s dwarven gyros, J’Zhirr enters two boys. They have some dwarven relics but unfortunately no gyros. They say that the relics are from a Dwemer bridge in the west. One of them, Sond, offers to mark the location on J’Zhirr’s map in exchange for some gold.

Then they run away. J’Zhirr tries to follow but he gives up when it looks like they are going nowhere in particular.
